Returns

According to these Terms and Conditions, you will have the right to return the products in case of afterthought within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt. To manage a return, just follow these simple steps: Make sure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged.

Prepare the package and attach the shipping label to the box by covering the previous delivery information. Contact the company and arrange a pick-up, or you can ship with your courier. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer for the European territory and outside the EU.The return is free throughout Italy.

As far as returns are concerned, remember that: The products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. Only Tombolini has the right to determine if the products are still in their original state.

The products must be returned in their original packaging.

All returned products will be checked by Tombolini within five (5) working days of receipt of the package. The customer will be sent an email confirming the acceptance of the returned products and the refund due. In the case of a rejected return, our customer service will explain the reason for the refusal and the package will be returned to the customer. We also point out that the various payment providers have different processing times for returns and it may take a few business days to process refunds and credit them to the means of payment originally used by the customer.

Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. It will not be possible to accept the return from different countries.

Refunds

As soon as our warehouse has received the return and has verified that all the above conditions have been fulfilled, you will be sent an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The receipt of the refund will depend on the policies of the issuing company of the credit card used to purchase the product.

The refund date will coincide with the date of the original payment, so as to avoid paying bank interest.
