- Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
Area 62 srl offers its products for sale on the Site. The company therefore reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with its commercial policy. 1.2 The contract stipulated between Area 62 srl (hereinafter also the "Seller") ") and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Area 62 srl. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Area 62 srl will in any case promptly notify the Customer. 1.3 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site ((hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase and fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"). 1.4 These Conditions can be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
- How to purchase
The products offered for sale are only those present on the Site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ, for example. by color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view images).
2.3 In order to place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it, following the instructions on the Site, after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and / or products he intends purchase, the price (including all applicable taxes or duties) and shipping costs (including any additional costs to be incurred for choosing a different and / or faster type of shipping and delivery than the standard one). The Customer must also ask Area 62 srl, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase.
2.4 Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Area 62 srl by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the same can verify the same and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.
- Prices and Payment Methods
The prices indicated on the Site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the Site.
3.2 Purchases can only be made by credit card and via PayPal, bank trasfer and the transaction will take place through a secure server chosen by Area 62 srl.
3.3 In no case and at no stage of payment Area 62 srl will be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction. No computer archive will keep such data and therefore in no case Area 62 srl can be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties upon payment.
- Delivery of products and related costs
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order. 4.2 The delivery times indicated by Area 62 srl must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation. 4.3 At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to sign the delivery note after having duly checked: 4.3.1 that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. 4.3.2 that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). 4.4 Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. 4.5 Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Right of withdrawal
1 The Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 20 (twenty) days from the date of delivery of the products.5.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 5.1 above, the Customer must contact the company by e-mail or telephone.5.3 In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products within 20 (twenty) days of the withdrawal, in one of the following ways, at the customer's choice:5.3.1 sending the returned product/products to the company address via the courier chosen by the company (this method of return will be borne by the customer throughout the European and non-EU territory, free of charge for the Italian territory.)5.3.2 sending the returned product/products to the company address by chosen courier and directly instructed by the Customer (in this case, the Customer will bear all shipping costs);5.4 The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and complete in all its parts (including the accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc...);the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Area 62 srl, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;in case of damage to the goods during transport, Area 62 srl will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain the relative refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, at the same time cancelling the withdrawal request;Area 62 srl will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return.5.5 Area 62 srl will refund to the Customer the full amount already paid, including the amount equivalent to the cost of the standard shipment of the purchased products (while any additional costs incurred for different types of shipment and delivery and / or faster than the standard one) will not be refunded, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not in bear any costs as a result of such reimbursement. Area 62 srl may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer proves that he has correctly sent the product back, if previous.5.6 After the return of the products, Area 62 srl provides the necessary investigations related to the compliance of the same with the conditions and terms indicated in this article and in the event that the verifications do not end positively, the Seller will communicate to the Customer, by e-mail, the found existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from the non-compliance, of the aforementioned conditions. At the same time Area 62 srl will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the refund, without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility for the Customer to regain, at his expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Area 62 srl.5.7 In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Area 62 srl will return to the sender the purchased product, charging the sender the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
All products sold by Area 62 srl are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
